The sections below explain the direction of the organization’s future work. Wilton Care Foundation Inc. is not currently operating any of these programs or providing services at this time.
Under Development
Transitional Housing Program (THPP)
A future housing pathway designed to support transition-age foster youth, typically ages 18 to 21, as they prepare for independent living.

Overview
The Transitional Housing Program model is intended to help transition-age foster youth build the tools they need for adulthood.
Future program planning is centered on stability, accountability, relationship-building, and preparation for long-term independence.
Any future THPP effort will be subject to applicable contracts, approvals, and regulatory requirements before operations begin.
Under Development
Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP)
A future licensed residential therapeutic model for youth who may need a higher level of structured and supportive care.

Overview
STRTP programs in California are designed to provide structured therapeutic support for youth with more complex needs.
Wilton Care Foundation Inc. is exploring how a future program could prioritize safety, trauma-informed support, and stability for youth who require a higher level of care.
No STRTP services are being provided today, and any future operations would depend on licensing, county approvals, staffing, and full compliance requirements.

Overview
Support services planning includes practical, relationship-centered help that strengthens a young person's path toward stability and self-sufficiency.
These efforts may eventually include education support, job readiness, community referrals, and workshops that help young people navigate adulthood with confidence.
