Programs are currently under development. Wilton Care Foundation Inc. is not operating THPP, STRTP, or licensed residential services at this time. This website is educational and informational only.

In Development

Transitional Housing Program (THPP)

A future housing pathway designed to support transition-age foster youth, typically ages 18 to 21, as they prepare for independent living.

This program is currently under development. Wilton Care Foundation Inc. is not operating a THPP at this time. Any future program will require contracts, approvals, and compliance with applicable regulations.

In Development

Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP)

A future licensed residential therapeutic model for youth who may need a higher level of structured and supportive care.

This program is currently under development. Wilton Care Foundation Inc. is not operating an STRTP at this time. Any future program will be subject to licensing, county approval, and regulatory requirements.
